By using Canvas:OS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Canvas:OS is a web-based service powered by Vercel, designed to help you optimise your organisational operating system through practical playbooks, templates, and tools.
To access certain features of the Service, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Any personally identifiable or sensitive information will be stored in a secure Cloud database service through Vercel.
By using our Service, you agree to grant Canvas:OS access to your Notion workspace and selected databases. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with us and that you comply with Notion's terms of service. The API uses Notion's authorization protocols to securely connect Notion with Canvas:OS, enabling you to create custom charts from your Notion databases.
You agree not to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Service.
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the legal courts of New Zealand, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
